Genuss Tresor in Braunschweig

Was there on a date years ago and thought it was okay, but not really special. This year I couldn't go on vacation due to Corona and accordingly had more money for trips to local restaurants. Unfortunately I was a bit disappointed. I could have done the burger better at home, at least the meat. The bun was fine as well as all the greens. For the price, however, I expect a little more! In itself, that would be three to four stars if the entire audience, including employees, hadn't taken care of the Corona rules. We went to the toilet without a mask, someone left the table for a chat and just went to other guests without anyone intervening. Right under the eyes of the waiter. I'm sorry, but it was precisely such behavior that brought us into lockdown again and, in my opinion, speaks a little for the clientele who are wrong here and who somehow think they are better. The operator cannot of course do anything for the latter, but compliance with the hygiene measures was still in his hands!

Food great, service and service great, only the price of the drinks is very high.

We were there for lunch. Very dignified restaurant, comfortably furnished. A bit expensive, but good quality. The service is friendly and very attentive.

Corona rules unfortunately do not exist, people who leave your table without a mask, no action by those responsible in the event of violations. For such reasons, the gastro is unfortunately closed, thanks for the negative contribution Vault ...

Unfortunately, the beer landed on my brother-in-law's pants and the bill was only given after asking several times. Food was okay - I've definitely had better burgers. All in all 3 stars. Thanks to the team.

It was our first visit on October 2nd, 2020 to enjoy aTresoe. When we entered we were welcomed in a friendly manner and accompanied to our table. We ordered a bottle of wine and the service staff was careful to pour us more drinks when the glasses were empty The prawns as a starter had already been peeled from the kitchen and were of very high quality. For the main course I had the beef fillet with jue, corn on the cob and truffle puree. The quality was top class. For dessert I had a homemade lavacake with white chocolate ice cream and a fruit mirror. The serving staff also took the time to talk to us, something that is rarely seen these days I have to say I have never eaten so well. The portions were perfectly adequate that you had trouble creating them. The price-performance ratio is absolutely great Kudos and thanks to the service staff and the kitchen crew. The ambience and the food is simple and beatable. The service is also very well trained, attentive and friendly. The restaurant has an incredibly cozy feel and the music is also very pleasant. There is a very straightforward menu, which I like very much because the choice is not that difficult. There is a day ticket with daily recommendations. I also like the bar very much and there is even a smoking room, although I didn't use it as a non-smoker. Everything is very attractive and cozy. Becker Gau's bread is amazing. You should definitely try that when you go out to eat there. I had beef tenderloin and my companion had fish. We were both very excited. I can only recommend the safe.

The ambience is really pretty perfect, but unfortunately I haven't found the kitchen that good on my previous visits. And the service varies a lot too. But for Braunschweig conditions it is enough for four stars.

We were here for dinner today on October 2nd, 2020. I am a trained chef from a 4 **** + hotel, I would like to claim to know what good food is. I had the beef cheeks ... perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious ... the composition of the components is very well thought out. This sweet and sour pickled fried pumpkin goes very well with the puree ... the sauce rounds off the tender cheeks. It couldn't be better ... Greetings to the colleague in the kitchen .... "demigod in white" respect, colleague ... the dessert ... chocolate cake .... to put in. The prices are more than reasonable ... to everyone who is looking for cheap food here ... the staff, the operating costs and the location need to be paid ... profit should also be generated ... it is called calculation ... More than adequate for the quality. The service ... very attentive and courteous. We felt very comfortable ... there is no stress that passes over to the guest. Please keep it up !!!!! The food was perfect ?

Yuppie - shop full of narrow-minded wannabes. Something like that might fit in Düsseldorf or Munich, but in Braunschweig it looks out of place from start to finish. Terribly unsympathetic clientele, snooty service and sometimes really disgusting cocktails / shots. All in all, terrible! Oh yes ... and obviously nobody there is afraid of Corona, neither staff nor guests. Very questionable!

I was very happy with the food and the service. The choice isn't that great, but it doesn't have to be. Everything was very lovingly arranged and tasted really excellent!

Please avoid this location !!! I'm still completely stunned by what I saw in this shop today. We were sitting there tonight when a presumably homeless, apparently needy man walked past some tables and asked for a donation for his dinner. Quiet, unobtrusive and completely unobtrusive. What did the staff do? Not that they gave him something to eat or at least politely asked him to leave. No, the police had to be called immediately. I perceive such behavior as absolutely anti-social and inhuman. I and my family will never visit this shop again, I will ask all my colleagues to avoid this shop in the future, as well as my other circle of friends. That was just inhuman!

Very nice and thoughtful service, delicious wines and the food that I saw all looked very delicious. The next time I visit, I will also eat something.

Nice environment, the team is a bit restless. Portion of truffle pasta absolutely sufficient, however, China truffle was used, which tastes very little of truffle. The price of 29 euros is therefore not justified. Cocktails were great, prices are reasonable here.

A very first-class location in terms of ambience. The dishes are, in terms of price / performance, good to okay. Here you pay more for the already mentioned exquisite premises. All in all a 3.5 / 5.

The whole team is very welcoming and took great care of my two year old daughter, which I really appreciated. The service is efficient and the dishes delicious. I recommend.

The ambience is good, the dishes delicious, but unfortunately too small for the money. The waitresses are sometimes nice. However, significantly more is expected at the level than is offered here overall. Guys, there's still room for improvement!

Great value for money And superb food too! Hardly ever unfulfilled with the meals And for the level of quality the costs are excellent too. It had been busy when we arrived for supper but we did not have to wait around long for our table. The personnel were definitely immaculately dressed and it had been very clear they knew their particular job well. my bro and sis recommended it to me, wasn't unfulfilled, lovely food and great price as well. Yummy food which usually suits everyone's choices.

Big expectations, standard food, slow and bad service...! + dish presentation + variety of drinks Here our story. 18 potential clients that won't come back never!!!! We reserved our Christmas dinner for 18 persons and it was a mess. At the beginning a regular salad with different flavors. Later on we wanted to go to the Christmas market but it toked them 80 minutes to bring just hamburgers and fries....ridiculous!! The burgers were nothing spectacular At the end the payment was again a chaos. Too slow...for such a big group..and the only one guy was suddenly rude and toxic and was charging 5 bottles more of water(6 Euro Euro each)not to mention that the pretty small salad at the beginning was 16 euros for each person.. the same price as the burger itself... We missed the Christmas market in braunschweig due the bad and slow service and standard food and we all were not really happy...bad bad bad 18 potential clients won't come back there never!!!!!

The food is good, but this definitely doesn't justify the extremely high prices. A lot more would have to come for that. The portions are pretty small. We were fairly full from the safe pan (at least we weren't as hungry afterwards), but noodles and the vegetarian dish weren't very much. In the vegetarian dish there were only vegetables, no small potatoes, nothing. Not even bread was served, although the dish contained so much sauce. Pity! The female waitress didn't have such a good day. However, if you read through other reviews, this doesn't seem like your only bad day. However, the male waitress was nice. The menu is relatively misleading. Drinks come first, then food and then drinks again.

I was here before...and it was beautiful...good People everything than for normal day ? Yes best idea...but not at night...people who are playing ugly music... With my friends we can't hear eachother ?

A very nice place in central location. Super friendly staff, the service is really excellent here. You pay well above average, but with the menu and selection of cocktails it's worth every cent spent. For dinner, you might consider a reservation, tends to be very popular.

Good but expensive. Took a hundred years for the food to come in a Wednesday.

The food was good & was high quality. The service was friendly, but not accommodating & not suitable for the rest. Basics were not taken into consideration with us: turn on the candle at the table (for all others it was on), ask if it tastes good (would have had a comment). In addition, it was a great pity that I had a change request in advance of my food, which I was told: can stay calm, is only small in the set. When eating it bothered me then, as the smell of the set was very intense (anchovy).

On the fancy side of places. Delicious food (had beef, octopus and carpaccio).

Nice atmosphere and service. Love siting outside when the weather permits. For me one of the best things it's that the place is quite big so we've never had problems to have a place without having a reservation. I'm not a big fan of the things they have on the regular menu but on the specials I always find something that I like.

Very pleasant evening. Good food. Relaxing. Good service. Small menu but tasty. Not pretentious but quite classy.
